Magnify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together. I sought the LORD, and he answered me.” Psalm 34:3-4
St. John Neumann is a vibrant parish in a rapidly growing area. This reality presents us with the opportunity to draw more and more souls to Jesus Christ. We invite you to help us accomplish that goal by participating in our exciting “Magnify the Lord” Capital Campaign!
What will we achieve with this campaign?
People have an intrinsic desire for that which is true, beautiful and good. This is because our hearts are made for God and those three transcendentals are found ultimately in Him. It is our belief that by enhancing that which is true, beautiful and good in our parish liturgical life and on our parish grounds, we will be able to more effectively lead others to a transformative encounter with God. So how do we hope to accomplish that goal?
We hope to do the following:
- Construct a beautiful Marian Grotto
- Purchase a new digital organ to enhance the beauty of the music and our worship during Mass
- Install two new confessionals in order to offer more opportunities for the Sacrament of Confession
- Create comfortable, welcoming meeting spaces for small groups
- Challenge item of a new bell tower
The challenge item of the bell tower gives us the opportunity to lead others to a deeper sense of the divine by constructing a bell tower outside the main entrance of the church. Bells are an important part of Catholic liturgy and will enhance the beauty of ours. This will be a challenge item, meaning if we can reach our goal of $1,979,579 we can proceed with that project.
We are asking you to prayerfully consider making a sacrificial pledge to be fulfilled in two years. Pledge cards are available in the Information Lobby. Please visit our WeShare site to give online.
